The Declaration of Conformity is a key document for CE-marked products. It confirms that the manufacturer or importer takes full responsibility for compliance with all relevant EU legislation. This document is mandatory for all products covered by harmonised EU law – such as electrical devices, toys, machinery, medical devices, or personal protective equipment.
However, CE marking alone is not enough. In some cases, product testing or certification by an accredited laboratory is also required. We can arrange these services for you as well.
